  7. Kitsushika Says:

I reckon the secret to success is to write self help books, and convince people to buy them.

  8. cspace1234nz Says:

The guy on the left has his own agenda so it’s a complete and utter waste of time having him on.

The “Secret” and various other private growth style techniques work for those who are ready, in other words it was pretty much aptly there at the surface and just required a catalyst to make some things happen.

Some people are perfectly well adapted to a marketplace or simply place of safeguard’t yet released their potential. The Secret is successful because it does stimulates this

    As for the other 99.9%…..

I have the secret in my life. I am pleased and healthy, my income is increasing all the time! I own a website that I sought after to make number one under the Google search term “EMT Test” It is number one, but only with Google. Amusing thing was is that I always sought after to be number one with Google. I am going to go for Yahoo next.

Im Australian and I reckon that David Schirmer is a wanker.

And what exactly do you mean by “Perhaps it conflicts with other deeply held cultural beliefs”.

  11. skeletor214 Says:

James Arthur Ray is a fraud and a murderer

  12. chrishowred Says:

Look up Maxwell Maltz….he truly sought after to help people…..way ahead of his time :)

  13. Maveleanor Says:

I reckon the fact that David Schirmer has had 3 uncomfortable TV appearance accounts for the fact that Aussies (in my experience ) don’t seem so caught up in this nonsense.
Perhaps it conflicts with other deeply held cultural beliefs?
PS the thing that disturbed me most about Schirmer was how he boasted about spending $250,000 on a dining room table!!

“Secret” teachers teach you to have attachment to money. It’s spiritual materialism & always comes from a place of “lack.”

The law of attraction says if you reckon “lack,” you attract lack. If you’re obsessed w/ making money, it comes from a place of “lack.”

“Secret” teacher James Ray who charge $9,000 for a sweat lodge retreat to “purify” you – are greedy and use their fame to make money off the desperation of others. Secret teacher David Schirmer scammed and stole from his clients.

  15. Keyskamama Says:

Need Need the seed of Greed ..
He just murdered 3 people ,,
    Koolaid anyone !
A plastic tent is not a sweat lodge , its for plastic people from a plastic guru …
It just simply amazes me that people are that stupid ..

  16. Maveleanor Says:

    “Time will tell”
    and it certainly did!!
    Spiritual materialism is the pits!

  19. robshaps Says:

Can I pay $10,000 to die in your sweat lodge too? Stupid fucking capitalist asshole. GREED. I believe in LOA but if you want spiritual enlightenment – don’t give someone $10,000. I see how enlightened he is.

  20. Reddotisthebullseye Says:

I don’t reckon James Ray’s life is so hot now. OOPS! He is in hot fill up. He now is going to cause a huge problem for any self help guru that is honestly trying to help others.

  21. nhprman Says:

The Secret is based on manipulating some bizarre “force” in the universe and controlling it. This is a New Age religion that is deeply flawed.

The same lie about past-life “karma” causing deformities and problems in THIS life is the Secret’s lie. Wishing won’t make illness go away.

And now this jerk has killed two people in his New Age sweat lodge.

    MONEY. GRUBBING. QUACK.

  22. weRoneself Says:

in the end they come to agree. but for that guy to say there is harm from possitive thought, it just sounds like annother media coverup to try and discredit the law of attraction. i hope you will look into the master key system and reckon and grow rich and the bible and nlp and take note to all the greats like DR. Martin luther king jr. and thomas edison and you know the secret.

  23. Maveleanor Says:

    Rubbish!!
    This is NOT science!!
Fred Alan Wolf (the physicist from “The
Secret”)does not believe in the LOA & says on his website (in the Q&A section ) says that
“speculations such as I make are NOT SCIENTIFICALLY PROVABLE”!!

David Albert (Physics professor Columbia University) who featured in “What the Bleep” said
“I was radically misrepresented in that movie.. I am PROFOUNDLY UNSYMPATHETIC to ATTEMPTS at between Quantum Mechanics with consciousness!!
    But Hell…what would they know!

  24. InDyingDayz Says:

LOL the bible makes way more money if your talking about selling books!
